Thomas Bernard
(Tom) Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully at home, on May 23, 2019, aged 83 years.
Devoted Husband of Sheila, adored Dad and Father-in-law of Mandy and Dave; cherished Grandad of Claire and Amy and treasured Great-Grandad of Freya, Holly and Eleanor.
Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Tom's memory being given to the Severn Hospice (Hospice at Home).
