Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on May 19, 2019, aged 43 years.

Loving Wife of Rodger, Mum to Matthew and Hannah.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Blymhill on Wednesday, June 5 at 10.30am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
