Passed away peacefully at home on May 9, 2019, aged 68 years.

Beloved Wife of John, adored Mother of Wendy, Tina and Steven, cherished Grandmother of Jasmine, Jaiden, Tyler and Ellie, loving Sister of Dennis and his Wife Jen.

Loved and dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.

A Funeral Service is to take place at Hereford Crematorium on Monday, June 3, 12 noon.

Family flowers only please but kind donations will be given to Macmillan Cancer Support.
