Service at Telford Crematorium, at 1pm, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Ellerdine Methodist Church, at 2.30pm, on Monday, November 12,2012.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Pets as Therapy for which purpose collection boxes will be provided at the Services.
