Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on March 31, 2019, following a courageous battle with his illness, aged 62 years.

Loving Husband to Lesley,

Adored Dad of Alexa and Dayve, Father-in-law to Richard and Richy and the best Grandad to Noah and Albie.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Thursday, April 18, at 2pm.

At Trevor's request, Trilby Hats may be worn and the Family prefer no black please but gentleman to wear black ties.
