David The Family of the late David would like to thank most sincerely Relatives and Friends for the kindness shown to them during their recent bereavement, for the many cards, messages of sympathy and donations received, which have been forwarded to the Renal Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital and the Severn Hospice which totalled £300.

Special thanks go to the Staff at the Renal Unit, The Princess Royal Hospital, for the care shown to David over the past three years.

Thanks also to the Severn Hospice. Reverend Wiltshire, Joyce and Lucy from Christ Church and the Staff from Harry Edwards & Sons.
