Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, on March 11, 2019, aged 64 years.

Much loved Sister, Mom and Nan.

Celebration of life to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, March 29, 2019, at 4.30pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Cheerful clothing encouraged.
