Passed away peacefully on February 18, 2019, aged 80 years.

Devoted Husband to Sheila, a wonderful, loving, one in a million Dad to Carol, Keith and Janet, proud Gramps to David, Joshua, Thomas, Great-Gramps to Zachary and dear Brother to Terry, Susan and Nancy.

Celebration of Life for Tony to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 11.30am.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please to be divided between The Renal Ward 28 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Dr O'Connor Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

No black, all are welcome to wear comfortable, casual clothing.
