On October 28, 2012. Peacefully in his sleep, in hospital at Bridgnorth, Max Evans, of Hazel View, Lodge Farm Estate, Bridgnorth, aged 83 years. The former Husband of June and Widower of Carla, loving Father of David, Jeff and Chris, Father-in-law of Dee, dear Grandad of Tom and Jodie and Partner of Rosemary. Much loved, Max will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Saturday, November 10, at 11am.
