Susan Jane Passed away peacefully at Severn Hospice, on January 23, 2019, aged 55 years. Now reunited with her beloved Nan, Dad and her Son Johnathan.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, February 13, at 2.45pm. Donations if wished to Severn Hospice. Inquiries to 01743 344646
