Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on December 29, 2018, aged 57 years.

Loving Mother to Gavin and Toby.

Devoted Nanny to Ella, a dear Sister to Val, Angela, Karen and Melvyn and a much loved Aunt.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, January 28, 2019, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for the RSPCA, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
