Joyce Jack, Loraine, Janine and Scott would sincerely like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness, support and messages of sympathy received on the sad loss of their Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Thanks everyone for the attendance at the Funeral and for the donations of £342 for the Severn Hospice.

Special thanks to Mike Painter for his kindness and professionalism and to Philip Davies for the lovely Service. A huge thank you to Sarah Perry Uro-Oncology Nurse Specialist and the Severn Hospice Team for the exemplary care and compassion.
