Passed away on November 29, 2018, aged 75 years.

Funeral Service 3.30pm, Tuesday, December 18, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired, donations which will be divided between Cancer Research UK and Guide Dogs, would be appreciated.
