Passed away after a long illness on December 1, 2018, aged 33 years.

Much loved Wife of Rhys, loving Mother of Celyn and Huw.

A much loved Daughter, Sister, Granddaughter, Aunty, Daughter-in-law and Sister-in-law who will be sadly missed.

A private Cremation will take place followed by a Service to Celebrate the life of Kelly in Tabernacle Chapel, Llanfyllin, on Friday, December 14, at 1.30pm.

Colourful clothing would be preferred, please.

Family flowers only but donations gratefully accepted for R.A.B.I. and Llanfair Caereinion District Nursing Team.
