Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on November 11, 2018, aged 64 years.

Devoted Husband and dearly loved Brother who will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral is to be held at The Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road on Thursday, November 29 at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Emstrey Cemetery, London Road at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.
