(Dave) Of Dawley, Telford, passed away suddenly at the Princess Royal Hospital on November 10, 2018, aged 51 years. Loving Partner to Liz, Father to Lilly-May, Son to Margaret and Brother to Karen and Gail. Funeral Service, 3.30pm, Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Telford Crematorium.
