Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on November 9, 2018, aged 75 years.

Fondly remembered by all his Family and Friends, especially Sheena and her Family.

Funeral Service will be held at Emstrey Crematorium on Friday, November 23 at 10am.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to be equally divided between Severn Hospice, The Royal British Legion and Westbury Medical Centre.
