Norman Leslie Susan and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Neighbours and Friends for the kind expressions of sympathy they have received also for all of the kind donations for the Severn Hospice.

A special thanks to all of the staff at the Severn Hospice, Churchmere Surgery, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for all of the care they gave to Norman and finally a special thanks to the Reverend Harry Edwards for a lovely Service.
