Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on September 7, 2018, aged 74 years.

Devoted Husband of Lynne, loving Dad to Paul and Lucy and a much loved Grandad to Harrison, Todd and Tilly.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, October 1 at 1.30pm.

The Family have requested a splash of red to be worn at the Funeral.

Immediate Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between RISC and The Butterfly Thyroid Cancer Trust for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
