Ian Andrew Mrs Wendy Swain, Amy, Matthew, Ewen, Toby, Mrs Una Swain, Helen and Helen and the Family of the late Mr Ian Swain, wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues, for the cards, letters, texts, Facebook post, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at his Funeral Service and for your donations which are being received for and divided between P.I.N.N.T (Patients on Intravenous and Naso-Gastric Nutrition Treatment) and M.O.T.S (Multi Organ Transplant Support) totalling £440 to date.
Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to Ian's Doctors and to the Staff at Brown Clee Medical Practice for your unwavering care of and kindness to Ian throughout his long illness.
To the Doctors and all Staff at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at Birmingham and to the Transplant Team at Addenbrooks Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Cambridge, for all your efforts on Ian's behalf.
To the Doctors and all Staff at the Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford, for all that you did for Ian throughout his stay with you and for the dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life.
