A Service of Celebration at Oxon Church, on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at 12.30pm, followed by a Private Committal at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

It is requested that no black to be worn please.

No flowers by request.

Donations if wished will be divided between Oxon Church and Bowbrook House Comforts Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be made available at the Church.
