Passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on June 15, 2018 aged 69 years.

Loving Wife of Terry, devoted Mother to Vanessa, Sharon and Lynne, dear Mother-in-law to John and a much loved Nan to Josh, Ruby, Jenson and Reed.

Funeral Service to be held at Wombridge Parish Church, on Monday, July 2, 2018, at 1.30pm, followed by Committal Service at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for The Severn Hospice, (Shrewsbury), for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
