Passed away at St. Luke's Hospice, aged 38 years, surrounded by Family and Friends.

Damien, of Ravensmoor, Nantwich, formerly of Burleydam.

Dear Husband of Claire and much loved Father, Son, Brotherand Friend to many.

Former local Mole Catcher and Employee of Grocontinental, Whitchurch.

The loss of Damien will leave a hole in the hearts of many.

Funeral Service at Crewe Crematorium on Tuesday, April 10, 1.20pm.

Damien requested asmuch green clothing as possible.

No flowers please but donations will be gratefully received for St. Luke's Hospice.
