Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on February 20, 2018, aged 59 years.
Musical and Artistic Director and much loved Dad to Tom and Becky.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, March 19, at 4.15pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired to Wem Jubilee Band, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
