Passed away peacefully on November 17, 2017 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 68 years.

Loving Mum of Stephen and Chris, Mother-in-law to Tracey and Sam, a treasured Nan to Gemma, Nick, Callum, Adam, Natashaand Ben, Great-Nan to Tegan and Kia, Sister of Paul, Sue and Joanne.

Pam will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, December 14, at 1.15pm.

Please wear something colourful.
