Passed away peacefully at The Rubens Residential Nursing Home on October 29, 2017. Aged 76 years.

Dear Brother of the late Derek James, Rosemary and Cliff, Tony and Margaret, Valerie andFrank, Thomas and Ann, Frederick and Jennifer, Christine and Robert and a much loved Uncle to Caroline and Matt.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Andrew's Church, Church Aston on Thursday, November 16 at 3pm.

Followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Wellington Road Surgery and The Rubens Residential Care Home.

For which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.
