Passed away on October 10, 2017, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 40 years.

Daughter of Marjorie and Brian.

Beloved Mother of Keira, Sister of Paul and Auntie to Ellie-Mae and Charlie.

Sarah will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, October 25, at 10.45am.

Family flowers only please.
