Passed away at home on September 19, 2017, aged 47 years.
Beloved Partner, Son, Father, Brother and Friend.
Tony will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, October 10 at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired to Diabetes UK, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
