Passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 18, 2017, aged 32 years.

Beloved eldest Son of Mary and Roger, Brother and best Friend to Richard, Partner of Jen, Brother-in-law to Colette.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Saturday, October 7 at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Northern Lights Children's Charity, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
