Loving Nan to Steven, Adam and Amie, Emily and Jay, Daniel, Alessia, Ollie, Milo, Alfie and the late Simon and a dear Great-Nan to Logan, Ty, Zak, Liam, Indie and Millie.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 3 at 10am,

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Ward 17 at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will provided at the Crematorium.
