David's Family would like to sincerely thank all Relatives and Friends for their kindness and sympathy shown to them at this very sad time. A special thank you to St Luke's Hospice, Winsford for the care they gave to David.

Also a heartfelt thanks to Ian Lewsey for such a wonderful Service, Stephen Beattie our lone piper for his fitting tribute and to Gavin Palin and Staff at Gavin Palin Funeral Services, Nantwich for their compassionate, caring and professional service.

Many thanks for the donations, which totalled in excess of œ1,000, kindly given for St Luke's Hospice, Winsford in memory of David.
