Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 10, 2017, aged 78 years.

Beloved Husband of Wendy and a much loved Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, September 28, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between The Alzheimer's Society and the Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
