Peacefully passed away on August 25, 2017, aged 62 years, of Market Drayton.

He will be dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11.45am on Friday, September 22, 2017, at St. Thomas and St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Market Drayton, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Ward 124 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
