Derek Arthur

On June 18, 2017, peacefully at Lynhales Hall Nursing Home, Lyonshall, Kington, following a long illness borne with great patience and dignity, Derek Brookes formerly of Castle Weir Farm, Lyonshall, New Barns Farm, Hilton, near Bridgnorth and Walton Farm, Stottesdon, aged 82 years.

The beloved Husband of Betty.

Loving Father of Tracey and Helen, Father-in-law of David and Tony and dear Grandad of Abbie and Greg.

Much loved, Derek will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at The Parish Church of St Peter the Apostle, Worfield, near Bridgnorth, on Tuesday, July 11, at 11am, to be followed by a Post Funeral Reception at Worfield Cricket Club Pavilion.

A private Interment will take place at Bridgnorth Town Cemetery later that day.

Mourning Dress optional.
