Funeral Service, 12 noon, Monday, March 27, at Telford Crematorium.

Please dress casually for the Service by request.

Terry and his Family kindly request no flowers but donations for The Red Cross and Telford Rapid Response Nurses would be greatly appreciated and will be collected after the Service.
