Passed away peacefully at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, on March 7, 2017, aged 58 years.

Loving Husband of Glenys, much loved Dad of Carl and Sarah-Jane, Father-in-law ofFiona, loving Grandad of Rowan.

Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Alveley, on Tuesday, March 21, at 12.30pm, to be followed by private Cremation.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired for the Coronary Care Unit at The RoyalStoke University Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be placed at the Church.
