Of Woodside, Telford, passed away suddenly on January 4, 2017, aged 42 years.

A beloved Partner to Mandy, devoted Dad to Morgen and Tileigh-Mai, much loved Son of Bernard and Elaine and Brother to Paul, who will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, February 15 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The Shropshire & Herefordshire Union of Golf Clubs JuniorTeam would be appreciated.
