Passed away peacefully at her Family's home in Ludlow on January 28, 2017, aged 61 years.

Beloved Wife of Doug.

Much loved Daughter of Doreen and the late Geoff Lewis.

Devoted and loving Sister of Susan, Barbara and Brother David.

Deeply loved and cherished Auntie of many Nephews and Nieces.

Loved and so dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Laurence Church, Ludlow, on Friday, February 10, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice, Hereford and Great Oaks Hospice, Coleford.

Warmly invited to join Anne's Family at approximately 3.30pm onwards at The Charlton Arms for refreshments.
