Of Shifnal, formerly of Kemberton, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on January 5, 2017, aged 73 years.

A loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, January 30, at 2pm.

Will Mourners please wear an item of bright clothing.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
