Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2017, aged 74 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Ann, much loved Dad of Charlie, Jonny, Phil and Father-in-law of Shan and Nicola. Adored Taid of Jade, Rebecca, Wil, Ollie, Caitlin, Ceri, Zac, Brianna and loving Brother of Ella.

A private Interment will take place followed by a Memorial Service in Carmel Chapel, Llangynog on Thursday, January 26, at 2pm.

Family flowers only, but donations if desired to The Wales Air Ambulance and The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.
