Lovingly cared for by devoted Family through illness, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 18, 2016, aged 68 years.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Lady Forester Trust, for which purpose a collection box will be providedat the Crematorium.
