Fred, Michael and Emma would like to thank all Family and Friends who came to say farewell to Diane on December 28, 2016 and to those who could not make it but sent messages of sympathy and support. They would also like to thank the Staff at the ITUs at The Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital and The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for all their care and compassion during Diane's illness.

Donations totalling œ1,000 have been sent to The Salvation Army in Diane's memory.
