The Family of the late Mr Jim Burns wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails and otherkind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford.
Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to Jim's Doctors and to the Staff at Broseley Medical Practice for all your efforts on Jim's behalf over the years, to the Doctors and all the Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for your care of and kindness to Jim throughout his stay with you and for the dignity shown to him in the final hours of his life, to Inspired by Chelsea Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to Piper McKay for the great dignity that your presence brought to the occasion, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such care, to everyone who contributed their memories of Jim to us for inclusion in the Ceremony, to Andy and to Adrian for your very personal contributions to the Service, to all at Broseley Social Clubfor your warm hospitality, for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Rural Dean, the Reverend Ian Naylor for leading us in a most comforting Service.
