Of Doseley, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on November 17, 2016, aged 57 years.
Beloved Son of Iris, much loved Dad of Scott, Dave and Serena, loved Brother of Paul, Lynne and Anthony anda much loved Grandad of Ashley and Harmony.
Funeral Service 10am, Tuesday, December 13, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request but if desired donations to The Dog's Trust, Shrewsbury, would be appreciated.
