Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 15, 2016, aged 91 years.

Much loved Husband to Joyce, Dad to Yvonne and Simon, Father-in-law to Steve and Theresa.

Will be sadly missed byall Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, November 28, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between Age UK, Admaston and Help for Heroes, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
