Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, surrounded by her Family on October 9, 2016, aged 89 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Derek, loving Mom to Jim and Linda,devoted Nan to Jon, Andrew, Kevin and Sally and a dear Great-Grandmother.

Requiem Mass to be held at St. Luke's R C Church, Trench, on Monday, October 24, at 2.30pm, followed by a Committal Service at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for The Shropshire Air Ambulance Trust, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
