Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home on October 5, 2016, aged 52 years.

Beloved and precious Son of his Mother Lucy and late Father George and dearly loved by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Peter's Church, Priorslee on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 2pm, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to be split between St. Peter's Church, Priorslee and The Neo NatalUnit Trust Fund at The Princess Royal Hospital, to fund equipment for premature babies, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
