Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on April 19, 2012, aged 61 years.
Dearly loved Wife of Jim, devoted Mum to Sharron, Yvonne and Katrina and a much loved Nanny.
Funeral Service, 12.30pm, Wednesday, April 25, at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Hadley Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telfordwould be appreciated.
