Passed away after a long battle with cancer at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 16, 2016, aged 71 years.

Loving Soulmate to Sheila. Devoted Dad and Grandad.

Funeral Service tobe held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 2pm.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to be split between Macmillan Cancer Nurses and The Lingen Davies Centre, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
