On September 18, 2016, peacefully at Bradeney House Care Home, Worfield, near Bridgnorth, following a long illness patiently borne, Janet Bale, of Orchard Street, Highley, near Bridgnorth, formerly of Frome, Somerset, aged 70 years.

The Wife of the late Charlie Bale, loving Mother of Patsy and Matthew, Mother-in-law of Mark and Naomi, dear Nan of Gavin, Stephanie, Alistair and the late Anthony, Great-Nan of Courtney, Lily, Lucie, Paige, Freddie and Daisy and a very specialSister and Aunt.

Much loved, Janet will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Thursday, October 6, at 1pm.

Mourning dress optional.

Family flowers only by request please but donations for the C.O.P.D Clinic at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S.Trust at Telford are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
